Good Shepherd Arts Center (GSAC) has continued to evolve since it opened on November 17, 2015 becoming a 501c3 organization in 2018. “Through the healing power of art and creative expression, GSAC brings a message of hope, peace and tranquility to the challenged communities of North St. Louis County, with a focus on Ferguson.”
We support of peace, justice and racial equality through the healing power of art. We highlight local artists – professional and budding, adults and children. We take special interest in artists who have difficulty finding a venue for their talents. We partner with libraries, schools, arts organizations, and individual artists to provide exhibits and activities which affirm human dignity, uplift hearts and link creativity with spirituality.
While our lives are on hold, we will share exhibits with you and art tutorials from this website. You can meet us face to face at the Ferguson Farmers Market. Winter Market takes place at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 33 N. Clay, on the third Saturday of each month, 9 a.m. - noon. GSAC artists will share their work and sponsor activities for families. Our offices are at St. Peter's UCC Community Resource Center (CRC), 1433 Stein Road (just off of W. Florissant). In 2022 we will host our first live exhibit at the CRC. Stay in touch for details!
